National Scrapbook Day Blog Hop!

Happy National Scrapbook Day! I’m blog hopping!

SCRAPBOOK (8)

I’d like to share a page I made, remarkably enough, about cookies! I made this for my guest designer gig at Clearsnap, and today is a great day to share it! All the details and a tutorial are on the Cookies, a Love Story Clearsnap blog post.

And now the hop deets:

Happy National Scrapbook Day 2015!! Chances are, if you are reading this blog you love to scrapbook. Today, scrapbooking takes on many different forms from the traditional 12×12 layouts to smaller formats like 8.5 x 11, 6×6 and the ever growing popular pocket scrapbooking. Whichever form you prefer, we are all story tellers and love to preserve our family memories for generations to come. That is why I love that we take out the first Saturday each May to celebrate this wonderful hobby.

As you hang out at crops at your Local Scrapbooking Store or perhaps just have a group of friends over for an in home crop, we have a wonderful hop here to inspire you as you pull out your pictures, papers, embellishments and the ever important adhesive to hold all these together and tell your stories! We have a great group of bloggers and scrapbookers just like you joining us today so I hope you will take a moment to visit each one.

We also have two amazing sponsors for this blog hop:

Living with the hubs and 2 boys influences my crafting in that I tend to gravitate to deeper, darker, more saturated colors. I just don’t have a lot of applications for pastels. I am thrilled to work with the Websters Pages Game On kit!

We go to A LOT of baseball games, so I scrapped a few pictures of  a Chicago Cubs game. We always get there early to watch batting practice, get autographs and walk around (hence the empty seats in the background).

I used layers of 3D Foam Squares to make the street signs more dimensional, you can see how I did it on the full post on the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L™ blog.
