I’m up on the Crafty Power Blog at Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L® today, with this card. It features the technique of “Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside” with the 3D Foam Hearts.
I used these supplies:
Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L®: 3D Foam Hearts, 3D Foam Squares White Small, Photo Corners Silver, E-Z Squares® Refillable
Thanks for coming by!
Today I have a card I put together last night in a jiffy. It’s for a blog hop with Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L® and Perfect Paper Crafting! If you’re here from the Crafty Power Blog, welcome!
The layers are so easy to make just by lining up the clear rulers! The videos on their website are easy to understand. I used E-Z Dots® Permanent Refillable adhesives to hold the layers together.
I hand trimmed the butterflies from the Jillibean Soup papers and adhered them with 3D Foam Squares, and finished the top layer with Photo Corners. I stamped the sentiment to complete the card and it’s ready to go!
Tip – use a new, sharp blade in your craft knife! Work on a cutting mat!

Here’s my card for today. This was a challenge in that I’m not used to working with these types of stamps, they’re ‘open’ and to me, they require some extra work, or at least thinking. I suppose you could say they allow for more creativity.
The front of the card was easy enough –
I was initially drawn to the mailbox stamp in this set and I really wanted to use it here, but it is smaller than the postcard and I couldn’t get both to work together in my little brain. It begged for a scene, so I created a pop up on the inside.
Here’s a close up and side view:
