Majestic Deer Christmas Card

Hello! I’m up on the A Jillian Vance Design Blog today with a Christmas card featuring the Majestic Deer die. It’s a really pretty die cut, with the elegant antlers. I love the silhouette it made against the green cardstock.

Thanks So Much Card

Good Morning and Happy November! It’s almost time for the Christmas tree, but I have a few things happening before I can do that: Next weekend Nov 7-9, I’m in a HUGE blog hop, so please plan on coming back, I’ll remind you on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. On the 9th have my last half marathon of the year, and boy will I be glad when that’s over (wish me luck)! Then I’m off to Arizona with my mom and sister for some girl time. Whew!

But first, today’s card! This is for Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L design team. I have the tutorial, you can click over to see the whole process, it’s pretty easy! I think this design would lend itself well to a lot of genres, like wedding, anniversary, Christmas, New Year’s, just change the sentiment and colors as needed! You can even color the white photo corners to match your project.

The embellishment is made with Creative Photo Corners, and yes, I used lace (a remnant from the craft store) and Adhesive Sheets.

Last Minute Halloween Treat Bag

Looking for a last minute Halloween treat bag idea? Just layer some die cuts onto a bag! I made this for A Jillian Vance Design today.

I used a glassine bag, but this would work on just about anything. Just remember to vary the pattern on the die cuts. I also used 3D Foam Squares between the layers for more dimension and depth. Be sure to emboss the die cuts too, that adds a finished touch!
